Problems with keyboard after opening IE6

This problem happens intermittenly. When I open IE 6 and
I start typing it's as if the "shift" key is stuck. I
end up typing in all caps and symbols. I've disabled all
the accessibility options, but still have the same
problem. I've reinstalled ie 6.0, critical updates,
removed toolbars and spyware. I'm at a loss, any help
would be appreciated.

*Is* a shift key stuck? Have you gently pried it off and cleaned under and
around it? Have you tried using another keyboard?

I get the same problem; intermittent caps lock, sometimes the mouse won't let me scroll (when I click, it highlights parts of the text), and other obnoxious issues like that. My guess is that its some kind of spyware deal, but I'm not entirely sure. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Incidentally, I upgraded my keyboard and mouse as soon as this started happening to a Logitec Cordless MX Duo and nothing has changed.
