problems with istallation

I have huge problem, please help. When I try to install latest widows updates ether from automatic updates or from micorsoft downloding centar-nothing hapen's.I dont recive error mesage and upadater inform's me that thay are installed-but that's not try. Afer the progamm inform's me I run reweu and the same updates are still there. My problem is not downloud, but refeusal of the sistem to install them.

A better way to put it, if you know
What is in the computer?
Like processor, RAM, Hard drive capicity, etc.

I thought you had a "installation" problem with windows. I should examine
the decription better next time
