Hi,
I am having a problem with all the log-in-websites like banks, hotmail,
yahoo, gmail, etc. When I go to these website, I just can't log in, but for
the other websites, the internet works fine. I can't even use MSN messenger
and Yahoo messenger now. Can anyone give me some advise?
Thanks

Hi Frank,
Thank you soooooo much for your help!!! For the first time in my life, I
(indirectly) fixed the computer!!!!! Don't you know that you make our world
so wounderful???

By the way, would you mind telling me what cause the problem? I know maybe
it involve some complicated issues, but I just want to avoid the same mistake
in the future!

Thanks again!

I really can't say for sure what caused the problem but my immediate
suspicion is that some malware got into the computer. This is also the
first thing I would check if it were brought to me to be fixed. Help with
malware:
All MS-MVP Sites.

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway?
For quite a few people it's by installing Messenger Plus, whose ads for
malware don't identify the malware as such and try to convince you that you
owe it to the author. See also:

Don't ever do a "default" install of anything. Always choose Custom and see
what else is being carried along. Don't install any extras you're not sure
of.
