Problems With IE

When I go On To Certain Webpages A Box Come Up
With "Microsoft Internet Explorer" As It's Head It
Says "You Must Click Yes To Enter This Site" But The Only
Option Is "ok" So i click it and the same box comes up
again.. Freezing my computer.... Is There A Way I can Fix
This?
