I have a problem with a light blue screen poping up after I turn my computer
on. The screen is blank, then a box pops up in it and it says: If this
problem persists contact costumer support and give them the number that
appears under the butterfly. The butterfly is not there, but there is a
number. Can anyone help me?

At what point after your machine starting up does this happen? Immediately
after the initial DOS-style screen? Does it get as far as the WinXP / Win2K
logo screen, then does it? Can you get all the way into Windows afterwards?
It sounds very much like virus or spyware activity. If you can get into
Windows eventually, run a scan for viruses and spyware as soon as possible.

If you can't get that far, try repeatedly pressing <F8> when the PC starts
up to get to the boot menu, then boot to Safe Mode, THEN run the virus /
spyware scan. Then you can restart your PC normally.
