Problems with IE windows

For anyone that can help:
I am having problems with opening new windows in
IE. It seems that the window is going "behind" my
wallpaper and I have to manually right click and maximize
each window to see it. How do you fix this problem where
it loads behind your main window and not "behind" the
wallpaper?

Try the following and see if it helps.

Open Multiple Windows In IE

To keep more than one browser window open at a time, click File in the main
menu, select New, then Window. To close a browser window, click the X in the
top right-hand corner or select Close from the File menu. You can also open
a new browser window with Ctrl+N.
