Problems with Homepage. CWShredder Doesn't work!

Hi, I recently got a problem with my Internet Explorer and here's the problem. Everytime i open my Internet Brwoser, there's a webpage that I don't know that comes. That's the address: C:\WINDOWS\start.html . I tried CWShredder and HiJackthis but they are not working. I don't understand what's the problem. Maybe its an spyware or maybe my "ie" have a problem. ANyway, I hope someone can help me and pleasem i would appreciate if you guys could e-mail me at (e-mail address removed) because i don't come here often. Thank you very much

It seems like a trojan/worm rather than a spyware
You should do a clean search with Norton or something and also clear History and Delete Temp.Internet Files and cookies
Also change the Default home page to something els

Go to: http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm
Download "Hijack This!" [freeware]

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates: "hijackthis.log")

Next, go to the below location:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/

Sign in, go to the "Spyware and Hijackware Removal" section.
Press "New Topic", copy and paste hijackthis.log into your new message.

Post back with the URL where you posted if you want help with your log.
