Problems with emails

I am trying to set up two seperate accounts one for my husband and one for
me. I would like for both of us to have separate email, contacts, task,
calanders. Also, how can I completely delete an email account and start from
the very beginning? I have microsoft outlook 2003 and my system is running
on windows xp. Please help with this issue it is driving me crazy.
 
You set up seperate profiles, using the mail applet in the control panel.
(with OL closed)
Each profile will have its own data file and mail account.

Setting up separate Windows users for each of you is the best approach.
