Problems with DHCP Scopes

The company I work for originally setup a DHCP scope of
the basic 24 bit subnet with only allowing 200 leased IP's
with the rest being static. The problem is we are running
low so I created a 2nd scope within a superscope. The IP's
get assigned with the correct information but the machines
with the new scope IP's cant get to the internet and cant
ping the other IP's in the 1st scope. What am I missing?
 
try from the MS-Dos prompt in the Domain Controller the following.

netdiag

and

dcdiag

comamnds

Paste the results here. for security ammend sensative info like server
name/ips with bogus ones.

I suspect its a DNS issue...could be wrong

You will need to configure your router to handle multiple logical subnets
for the superscope to work correctly and clients to be able to communicate
with each other. See this article:
