Problems with Calendar access and Out of Office replies

User A has granted user B permissions to access their Calendar. When someone
sends user A a meeting request they are receiving an Out of Office reply from
user B (when they have their OOTO assistant turned on).

I had heard this might be related to when you have "Send On Behalf"
permissions, but I have not found a fix to what you need to do so that when
user B is OOTO, they're OOTO replies don't reply to user A's meeting request.

Any suggestions, or knowledge on what causes this?

Version of Outlook?
Is B a delegate to A's calendar? That is the usual cause... to stop it, B
needs to create a rule in the OOF assistant that doesn't send a reply to
meeting requests. Or they can change the delegate settings so B doesn't get
a copy of A's meeting requests.
