Problems with BCM

I am getting the problem connecting error, researched and did what support said with the addition of my name to the BCM Users in the Administrative Options. I don't see anything on any toolbars about BCM. I removed it a few weeks ago and tried again to use it again after all my latests updates, but to no avail, I still get the error. Not sure what is wrong with it. any ideas? thanks!

What is the "addition of name to BCM Users and Admininstrative Options"?

How did you try to install it? How did you remove it?
