Problems with AverTV DVB-T

I have just purchased one of these from Maplins (PCI version).

When i first installed, it stated that it couldn't find tsbyuv.dll, so i
downloaded said file from a website.
I then re-installed, and everything went perfectly.

Upon opening the application, it passes all the tests, but when i exit the
test to run the application, i get an error message stating "Failed to
connect digital capture source and demultiplexer!"

I have done a google search on this group and others, as well as the web,
and found nothing except perhaps that it may be related to directx

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong??

I run Win98SE, Athlon XP1800+, 256Mb Ram, 10 Gb Free on the hard disk.

Any help would be much appreciated

Firstly, have you tried the updated drivers from their web site? Secondly,
there are several users of this card frequenting uk.tech.digital-tv group.
Ask there.
