Since downloading upgrades to Microsoft XP professional and Internet
Explorer six I have had a couple of problems accessing internet addresses.

1. When I try to go to an address that is listed here in my newsreader
nothing happens.

2. When I try to access a site from another site such as Microsoft support
sites a blank screen pops up.

How do I fix this. I did not have this problem before upgrading.

Thanks for the info. I could not get into the first two sites. This is
another problem I am having. For some sites I get the message that the page
is currently unavailable. This happens when a try to access Google and
other sites like the first two listed below. I could get to the
support.Microsoft.com site and discovered that Urimon.dll, Msjava.dll,
Oleaut32.dll could not be found. What do I do about that?

Hi,
See 310435 - XP- Description and Explanation of a Cabinet File:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;310435&Product=winxp
for instructions on extracting those files.
You should be able to extract and restore Urlmon.dll, Oleaut32.dll and
Msjava.dll from CAB files.
