Problems with Access

I recently formated my computer and reinstalled Windows XP. After the
installation I suddenly wasnt able to access alot of my directories in F:, I
can access some of them but not everyone. What have happpend when I
reinstalled Windows XP, how can I avoid it in the future and how do I fix it
right now so I can get access again?

I don't know what happened because I don't know what permissions you had
originally set up on those directories. The solution now is to take
ownership of them.
