Problems with Access

I have a huge problem with Windows XP. Suddenly some directories is
unavailable. I dont know why and I´m using the same user as when I created
the directories.

When I try to use them this messages shows:
"F:\Dir\Dir\ is not accessible
Access denied"

The last time it happend I could start in safety-mode and change the access
and it worked for a short time and now I have the problem again. My user is
administrator on the computer
