Problems with a custom post form

I have designed a custom post form. It has been published to the
Organizational forms folder and set as the default for the file I wish to
post to.

When I click new post the form opens without a problem. It can be filled in
and then posted to the file.

When I click on it once it has been posted to open it I get the macro
warning dialogue box and have to click "enable macros" before the form will
open. I thought the point of publishing to the organisational forms folders
was that this warning would not come up as the form was from a trusted
location.

The form has not been stored as a "one off" (I checked the box "send form
definition with item" has not been ticked).

Does anyone know why I get the macro warning when I open the post?

If you're getting the macro warning, you're doing something that causes the
form to one-off. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/formpub.htm#macro
