I created a presentation using Office XP and everything
looks great. However, when I send the file to a coworker
using Office 2000, the allignment on all of the slides
are off and the text is moved around. I have tried
saving it as an older version and even as a PowerPoint
show file. This doesn't even work when they use the
newest version of powerpoint reader. Any ideas?

See if embedding the fonts helps.

Chris,
The first thing I would check is whether they have the fonts you used
installed on their computer. If not, then you will need to embed the fonts
in your presentation. Let us know if that helps!
