Problems when loading Internet Explorer

I keep getting Sahagent and script errors when internet
explorer loads, then my program shuts down. How do I fix
this problem numerous error messages have been sent to
Microsoft! When I try online support the last page doesn't
work where your request is submitted to Microsoft.

my internet system has gone down and i need to down load the microsoft internet six back on to my system but do not know how does anyone know how thanx.
