Problems w/ Profiles

Currently our network is using roaming profiles with no
exchange server. The PST files for their e-mail is in
c:\documents and settings.... etc. The problem I'm
having is that on the users original machine their
profile is stored under 'dave.Domain Name' while on the
machines he logs on to after are all just 'dave'. Does
anyone know a way to have all the profiles created on the
different machines be the same? I would like them all to
come up as 'dave.Domain Name'

I believe (can't exactly remember), that if there is a local user account
called dave with a profile already created, and when you join the machine to
the domain, it will then create a dave.domain profile.

Check this out to see if it helps to copy over the profile so they can use
the other one:
