Hi. In my IBM TP I installed Win2K Pro and WIn2K Server,
both with SP 3, and in c:\winnt\ and c:\winntpro\ folders.
When I started my PC, prompts me which OS I want to use.
But now, at reboot, it shows the error "Invalid
C:\Boot.ini file. Starting from c:\winnt", and no longer
ask me for the OS and start Win2K Server, make unavailable
to start Win2k Pro.

Can you help me to fix this problem?

In advance, thank you very much.

Explorer|Tools|Folder Options|View, then radio button for "Show hidden files
and folders", then uncheck the box for "Hide protected operating system
files" to locate the files in the system partition.

fixboot (from the recovery console) will rewrite the boot sector and should
have created a new one.

Sorry, Dave, but, how should I start the Recovery Console?
I've read about it in the HELP, but I don't understand a
thing, maybe my english is not as well as I supouse (I'm
from Mexico). Is this console in the CD? I had also browse
the CD for somethig like "reccon.exe", or a folder
named "RECCON", something that tells me: "Ah, this is the
Recovery Console..."

Thank you very much.

Your english is just fine. :)
Try booting the recovery console and from a command prompt issue the
command;
fixboot

To start the Recovery Console, start the computer from the Windows 2000
Setup CD or the Windows 2000 Setup floppy disks. If you do not have Setup
floppy disks and your computer cannot start from the Windows 2000 Setup CD,
use another Windows 2000-based computer to create the Setup floppy disks.
Press ENTER at the "Setup Notification" screen. Press R to repair a Windows
2000 installation, and then press C to use the Recovery Console. The
Recovery Console then prompts you for the administrator password. If you do
not have the correct password, Recovery Console does not allow access to the
computer. If an incorrect password is entered three times, the Recovery
Console quits and restarts the computer. Once the password has been
validated, you have full access to the Recovery Console, but limited access
to the hard disk. You can only access the following folders on your
computer: %systemroot% and %windir%
