After changing to Vista from XP, i have problems with at DLL when testing
program made inVisual Basic 6.

The IO.DLL is copied to the "System 32" folder, and when i run the VB6
program i got this message:
"Unable to extract IO.SYS. Log in as a user who has such permission."

I'm logged in as administator and the IO.DLL are set to acced by all users.

Any body have a clue, what to do?

Even if you're Admin on the machine, some applications will not run unless
you use Run As Admin, which can be set for the exe or short-cut pointing to
the exe.
