problems uploading

i am still new to frontpage and have office xp 2002, i have finished building
my website and it all works fine offline so i tryed to upload to my btconnect
business web space but i get an error :
553 cwdir: not known of found
can anyone please help

If it is a root web don't include a folder in the path
