Problems Uploading Images

I am using Frontpage 2002 and when I add images to an html and upload
both the html and the image half the time I get the box with the x in
it. This happens maybe half the time and I am pretty sure I go through
the same process as I do when the images do show up once the page is
uploaded.
I go through the process over and over again to check if I had missed
anything but no luck. Has anyone else ever had this problem?
