Problems Uninstalling MSNBC Personal Update (Outlook 2000)

How do I uninstall MSNBC Personal Update for Microsoft
Outlook 2000? According to Microsoft, I should:

"Follow these easy steps to uninstall:
Go to your computers control panel ( Start | Settings |
Control Panel)
Click on Add/Remove Programs
Select MSNBC Personal Update . . ."

-- EXCEPT that "MSNBC Personal Update isn't anywhere to
be found -- which means that I cannot:

". . . Click on the add/remove button"

???

I'm assuming you have it installed. Try reinstalling MSNBC Per....and see
if it appears in the add/remove list.
