Problems to see pictures

Before I used to see pictures in a certain web page without any problems, my
xp session got damaged so I opened a new one and transfered my files to that
session. I dont know if that affected my settings because now I cant see any
images in the web page, it shows an X were the picture was and other people I
know can see the pictures normaly. Do I have to do something special to my
settings to see the pictures again? Ive tryed setting the content viewer but
nothing is working, please help!
