Hi everyone!
Please I need some help to enable DMA. The problem is that
I don't have the 'Advance Setting' tab in my device
manager properties for ATA/ATAPI IDE Controlers (or Disks).
My Windows 2000 is in French but if you need some more
information you can ask and I will be glad give more
details.
Windows 2000 Pro (Build 5.0.2195, Service Pack 4)
Mainboard: MSI MS-6580
Chipset 845PE Max (Socket 478)
IDE Controler is Intel 82801DB Ultra ATA Controller, ICH4
(Version 2.3.2.2160)
Intel Application Accelerator 2.3.0.2160 is installed.
Bios: AmiBios V3.4
HDD: 3 x Western Digital WDC WD800JB-00CRA1 (80Gig), 2 on
primary IDE Channel and 1 set Master on secondary IDE
Channel.
The CD RW/DVD is set slave on the secondary channel is HL-
DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4320B.
Thank you for your help.
