I need to install an audio driver on my PC (it´s working
with Windows XP Home Edition, but I cannot do it because
I have to disable the BIOS setup password in order to do
some configurations. The question is I don´t know what the
password is, and the Technical Team of my device provider
say they don´t know it either. I have many audio driver
software for Windows XP, but an error message always
appears or it says the audio driver I´m installing are
not compatible, and that I have to stop the installation;
for that reason, my PC only receives the following audio
driver: Audio Driver Version 5.1.2600.0

Hi Xu Chimá Pérez,

Check your motherboard manual for instructions on using the Clear CMOS
jumper.......this will reset your BIOS Settings back to default settings and
clear the password requirement also.

Regards,

Also, to add to what Patti said, you can also simply just pop the battery out of motherboard and then boot. Then just put battery back and then boot back up. You will then just have to go through some BIOS settings. And Voilla, no more pw.
