Problems sharing with LAN

I have a database that run on a corporate LAN between 6 users. Based on FrontEnd BackEnd solution.
I need to set up a portable computer with, as I see it, both the FrontEnd BackEnd database, so this portable computer could be:
1. Used by employees to enter new posts, offline from the LAN.
2. Reconnecting to the LAN and update the master database with ex. new orders.

If someone knows how, fill
me in please! Thanks in advance.
