Problems sharing emails with boss

When I an email is delivered to my computer the email no longer comes up on
the bosses computer. We use one email address for the whole company (both of
us). How would I configure the email so that it always opens on his computer
no matter whether it has been in my inbox or not?

I'll have to assume you are using a POP3 account. If so, just configure
Outlook to leave a copy of the message on the e-mail server. You will
have to "clean up" the mailbox on your e-mail provider's server
occasionally so as not to go past your disk quota...small price to pay.
