Problems setting up Outlook 2003

For some reason unbeknownst to me, whenever I open up Outlook, it first pops
up an error message that says "The connection to the Microsoft exchange
server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this
action." Then, it pops up a little window wanting to know what my exchange
server and username is. Well, I don't have an exchange server and a
username. I'm wanting to set up my sbcglobal.net (yahoo) email account,
which from what I understand is a POP3 account. Whenever I click cancel, I
get a message that states: "Unable to open your default email folders. The
file C:\Documents and Settings\Alexandria\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost is not an offline folder file." When I
click OK, Outlook shuts down. I've tried repairing and reinstalling from my
CD (Student/Teacher edition) to no avail. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!

Nevermind, I actually just figured out a workaround by playing around. Not
really sure what I did, but it fixed it and I got set up no problem. Thank
you anyway!

Click Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>Mail>E-mail Accounts>Next. Select
the Exchange account and click Remove.
