Problems sending in Netscape

When trying to send from the Netscape Webmail I run into
problems occassionally. Get a Microsoft Internet
Explorer blue box with the following message:

"The following problems occurred while processing your
request. We are sorry we are unable to send this message
at this time. Please try to send your message again.
(Reference #110)"

with an OK to get out of the blue box. I can try again
and get the same box.

Then later I get out no problem, any ideas?
