Problems saving word documents

Hi,

My word documents will not save at all!!
When I click on Save, nothing happens, when i click on
save as nothing happen either!!

I have completely uninstalled office 2003 from my machine
and reinstalled it but this still doeas not fix the problem

I have also installed office 2000 as well and this does
not fix the problem

Has anyone seen this happening before, your help on this
on would be much appreciated

Do you have FULL CONTROL permissions on the %TEMP% location?
Do you have permissions on the save as folder?

Is the temp folder in c:winnt? if so then i do have full
permissions to that folder

where would the save as folder be, i don't quite
understand....when i select the save as button in word
nothing happens, there is no save as window appears!!
 
Try posting this in a Word or Office group for best results - this group is
really more for Windows 2000 issues. Best o' luck!
