Running Access 200 on 3 different Windows XP boxes. Running a super simple
db that sets the primary key as the gift certificate number. Created a
report pulling info from a query of all the necessary fields to print out on
a # 10 envelope. All users use the same printer model (HP LJ 4100) but
different department printers. I set the report pagee setup to print #10
and save the report. If any other user opens the report the report is
immediately swapped back to "letter." What am I doing wrong? I see no
field that allows me to set the paper default to #10 envelope.

Thanks in advance for the help!

I would prefer to responded to in the thread. Thanks!

Chris,

Access 200?
Is it 2000 or 2002?
If you are using Access 2000 this is a known bug and is documented in
the Microsoft Knowledgebase article:
Q245021 'List of Fixed Problems in Microsoft Office 2000 Service
Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)'
And specifically:
Q240826 'Lost Printer Settings when Name Autocorrect is turned on'

Turn off the Name AutoCorrect feature as a temporary 'fix'.
Then download and install the Service Release 1/1a.
