I have a MINIdisc player with a Compulink optic cable
connection. Its supposed to connect into a USB port, and
then you can record onto the minidisc while the MP3 files
are being played using the Windows Media Player. Problem
is: I don't get any output from the USB port (problem
message displayed on the recorder), I don't know how to
select a specific USB port for audio output - I've looked
in the control panel (Windows XP) and can't see any
options to do this. I know the player is working because
I can hear the music through the speakers, but how do you
get it to come out through the particular USB port you
designate?
