Hi
I am currently using Outlook 2002 SP3 and I am having a couple of problems
when receiving e-mails.
There are 5 pc's in the office all networked together but with none acting
as a central server at least 3 of the PC's have outlook setup so that all can
receive all the e-mails from a number of e-mail accounts setup in the office
for all the people in the office, as is the norm they only differ by changing
the initials within the account name.
The emails have been setup so that they stay on the server for 5 days, this
gives others not in the office a chance to downolad the e-mails on other
satelite machines, i.e at home or on site when they are working on a project
away from the office.
I have 2 problems which constantly seem to repeat.
1. I get 2 copies of all the e-mails
2. Some PC's within the office appear to receive some e-mails whilst other
PC's do not receive the same e-mails, although the machines will be setup
with the same accounts.
Please note although I have set up the Outlook and the network I am not an
expert and will need basic instructions when changing settings.
Can anyone help?
Regards
Neil
