problems receiving emails

I am not receivng my emails, I have tried to send myself
one from work and it has not arrived, I have not recieved
any emails for several weeks now. could you tell me what
to do. Thankyou

HI - I would think that you need to check your account
setup at home, or wherever you are sending the messages
too, to make sure that you are using the correct
IMAP/SMTP server paths. IF you are using an ISP, are you
able to get messages through the web client? To find the
correct incoming/outgoing mail server paths, you need to
look at the documentation that was provided to you when
you setup your ISP account.
