I have more than one account set up and within the last week have had
problems receiving emails. This does not happen every time nor does it happen
to the same email each time. May be one email this time and a completely
different one the next or in some cases not at all.

The errors are:

#1
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'Claudia', Server: 'pop.phillipswholesale.com',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'sales', Server: 'pop.phillipswholesale.com', Protocol:

I have tried everything I know to do from disabling anti-virus to deleting
the accounts and adding them again etc.

Outgoing mail set to 587 and Incoming (POP3) set to 110

"Unexpectedly terminated" is usually caused by interference from an
antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running? Some of them
cause problems with Windows Mail over time. Also, some need more
corrective action than just turning off the email scanning function.
