Problems receiving e-mail from spcific e-mail addresses

I have Windows Mail and Vista. I am having problems receiving an e-mail from
an e-mail address address from another country, even though it is an " .org"
address. I do not get the messages. I added the address to the safe list, but
still nothing. ANy suggestions?

Check your provider's webmail, since the missing messages
may be in a spam folder there.

It's likely that your mail provider has blacklisted the mail sender you
can't receive from, or even blacklisted the provider. This happens.

Contact your mail provider to confirm this.

The problem isn't on your system, and the only other thing you can do is to
find another mail system that hasn't blacklisted the sender or their
provider, and get mail from them using their services.

Ok there is a section that is in the language area and you can change the
country you want.All the countries are listed.
