I had everything working fine then I updated using Windows update. My BCM
stopped working and I lost all my contacts (700 plus) and everytime that I
started Outlook 2007, it took so so so so so so long to open and it appeared
a server was froze?

So after two weeks of this problem, I decided to remove BCM using the remove
program as advised by the Microsoft website. Well after I used my registry
cleaner to clean out the old stuff and Norton Clean to clear out the excess
of BCM. I tried to install BCM again. Now it won't let me install BCM at
all. It tells me to look at a file in C:\Documents and Settings\Anthony S.
Altano\Local Settings\Temp\MBSsetuptmp19D to see where the problem is. I go
to that file and open it up and it has so much stuff that I don't know what I
am looking for??? I need assistance now PLEASE!!! I need my contacts back too.
