I am not sure that it is only me having this nightmare or
there are some more poor/suffering souls who also has to
go through this too. May be somebody in MICROSOFT needs
to go out and see the real problems with the BETA VERSION
being faced by real people.
I installed BETA VERSION in early part of this year at the
advice of my buddy(who supposedly works at MICROSOFT CORP)
that "Try this, it is the best".
No dought it was best(PAST TENSE-somebody please note),
but since last few months started to give problems
"ERROR 101, install the newer version/update". Went to
the MICROSOFT COMPANY site & downloaded updated(claimed)
version (go through valid---- process etc).
The newer updated version (supposedly) work for a month
or more very well. AGAIN "ERROR 101", talked to one of
the Computer Geek friend (I hope he will not read this or
will never help me again) was advised to "Try removing
this version & download the supposedly LATEST UPDATE."
Did that but this time (exactly today few minutes ago)
never got it to work. "ERROR 101" again & again.
I have WINDOWS XP (HOME EDITION), a DELL COMPUTER
primarily for my son who is in 7th Grade (10 year old)
for his school work, projects and etc at home.
I would appreciate if someone can tell me what is that
I am doing wrong or ...........
Thanks & appreciate the chance to spell out frustration.
Thanks again.
