I'm trying to print card envelopes using Outlook mail merge that is linked
to address fields in an Excel spreadsheet. The merge part works the way it
should. However, when I set up the return and recipient addresses, they
show up on the screen properly but won't print on the actual envelope in the
right location (in other words, it's not WYSIWYG). When I test using a full
sheet of paper, I can see that one or the other of the two address boxes
prints outside where the edges of the envelope would be.
I've tried every paper and envelope size and margin setting I can find, but
nothing solves the problem. No help on Google, either. Any suggestions as
to why this might be happening and what I can do to fix it?
