Problems moving application from Ipaq4700 to Ipaq 211

Hello,

Some time ago I wrote in VB – Visual Studio 2005 - an application for
Ipaq 4700 (Win Mobile 2003 Second Edition).
Here is a first screen of my application:

Recently I bought Ipaq 211 (Windows Mobiles 6 classic) and tried to
run my application on Ipaq 211. It didn’t work. I recompiled the
application and I am getting this screen:

Any idea why it happen?
