problems loading Windows messenger

I have downloaded and installed Windows Messenger but
cannot get it to load (Click on Start-->Programs--
Windows Messenger-->after this an hourglass appears for
Click to expand...
a few seconds and then nothing happens). Any
suggestions??

Download and run these .reg files in the affected accounts:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/enablewindowsmessenger_user.reg
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/enablemessenger.reg
After running these, reboot and then try opening Windows Messenger again.
