I lot of people in my office want to stop using Netscape for email, and
switch to Outlook 97.
I've been showing them how to use Outlook Express to import all their email
files and folders from Netscape into OE, then to export the same to Outlook.
This seems to work fine.
But there are some problems:
1. In OL97, the imported email messages do not behave exactly the same way
as native OL97 email messages. When you right-click on any email address or
any email address "display name" in a native OL97 email message, you get a
pull-down menu list that includes the options "Look Up Contact" and "Add to
Contacts". This pull-down menu list does NOT appear when you try it on an
email messages that was imported into OL97 via OE. How do I fix this?
2. When you select the Properties of an OL97 email message, you can view the
header text, it's the tab called "Internet" something. But this tab does NOT
appear for an email message that was imported into OL97 via OE. How do I
fix this?
Thanks in advance!
