The log file states about log on as Administrator, so did you do this? Which
SP level have the 2000 workstations, they must be SP4?

I know we have gotten that message before, but I have no idea what that
means. What is an SP level? All of our computers are Win2K; the update
worked on some but not all. Nobody, as far as I know, logs in as an
administrator.

Hello S&K Staff,

What service pack is installed on 2000? The last service pack is number 4.
If you press together the windows key and Pause key the System properties
window opens and shows you the version from windows 2000.
