Does your Flash work here?
http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/
Yes, I see the animated white f in the red square and the text "Adobe
Flash
Player successfully installed."
The Flash Player settings manager page
http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager02.html
I visited the settings manager page, and all the settings looked
correct. I
also cleared the list of sites I have visited, since I don't use a
camera or
microphone anyway.
My security settings in IE are (and have been) what you mentioned.
However,
I am still unable to get it to work. Any other ideas? Thanks.
Get "what" to work? It sounds as if you already have Flash installed.

If it is the wrong version then see the tips from your first two
responders.

The Flash Player settings manager page
http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager02.html
Security settings required for Adobe's Flash Player:
Binary and script behaviors --> enable
Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins --> enable
Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting* --> enable
Active scripting --> enable
ju.c
Unfortunately, it is still not working for me. I didn't mention it in
any
of my previous postings, because I thought it was specific to the
site I
am visiting that uses the Flash Player, but the error I recieve says:
Error: Unexpected call to method or property access.
Also, I thought I had the settings in IE correct, but maybe I missed
one.
If possible, could you tell me the settings that are required to be
set
to a certain value? Thanks.

Adobe Flash Player Installation Help
(1) Try installing the Windows Installer version.
Right-click these links, choose "save-as" and download it.

Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller 205 KB

(2) Flash uses ActiveX, try resetting IE's Security Zones.
(3) Create then import this registry file to remove the kill-bit for

I am having trouble installing Adobe Flash Player 10. I have run
the
uninstaller, rebooted, attempted to install again, and every other
idea
I could think of. Several of the sites I found when searching for
help
mentioned stuff about the Windows Registry be a cause of problems
when
installing Flash, and there were links to several sites that
offered
downloadable utilities that supposedly fix these. However, I would
like
to know what exactly the problems in the Registry are, because I
don't
completely trust free Registry utilities (not to mention some of
them
weren't as "free" as they say they are). Can somebody help me here?
Thanks.
