problems instaling XP

Hi i have a problem instaling windows XP professional edition on this config
MBO kt7 ,CPU duron 800,Hard disk 10gb western digital,graphics card MATROX millenium g450 32mb dd
Now while instaling windows i have a problem whan setup loads devices (LOADING DEVICES
and on 75% of that proces my screen begins to flicker 4-5 times in 60 seconds and after that it remains gray
No sound no errors just like that
Can you please help me

32 MB is not enough RAM for WinXP

You cannot run W95 very well on 32GB RAM, never mind W98, ME, 2000 and
ESPECIALLY XP!
 
10GB hard disk is probably too small as well. Does 32mb refer to your
system RAM or to the video card? How much RAM does your system have?
