hi SIR/ MADAM,

I have encounted a problem in my computer, that is I have checked that my
internet connection has no problem, but I don't understand why the pages
cannot be displayed when I enter any websites. Please do me a favour.

Another problem is that the box displayed saying that" Generic Host Process
for Win 32 Services has encounted a problem and needs to be closed" . Please
help me to solve this problem also.

The third problem is that I want to cancel a file that has virus, but I
cannot move or delete or rename this files, I want to move again this file
from my computer. Can you suggest a good method for me?

Thanks a lot for your help.

The first two problems are undoubtedly connected with the third. You
need to remove the viruses/malware from your computer.

Go through these general malware removal steps systematically -
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Include scanning with either Sysclean or Multi_AV, plus Ewido. Do all
prep/finishing work and follow instructions to do all scans in Safe
Mode.

When all else fails, run HijackThis and post your log in one of the
specialty forums listed at the link above (not here, please).

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting
this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).
