Problems getting started

When trying to send an email I receive a message saying that pop3 can not be
found (or something to that effect). Please assist me in getting this
service set up on my PC.

Sounds like you have the wrong name for the incoming (POP3) mail server.
It should be mail.insightbb.com.

I have just rec'd my new Dell and am unable to set up my old email account
with rogers. I have entered all the correct info for incoming and outgoing
and it still will not set. Keeps coming back with errors listed. Help
please as I am getting frustrated and want to go back to my Windows XP/

My crystal ball is broken. Suggest you show the whole incoming and
outgoing error messages.
