Hi,
I made an unattended installation for Windows 2000 Server
with a bootable Windows 2000 Server CD with Service Pack 4
integrated in it. It was OK, but it did not install the
FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions.

The documentation that came with the server
(unattended.doc) and the books said that when I turn the
switch fp=on in the section [components] in the winnt.sif
file it should install it. It is also said (in the
documentation) that FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions is
installed by default that you don't have to turn it on.
But, I also realised that even for other default settings,
there are some problems if I don't put it in the file.

I read everything I found for it, and I am not a novice
user for Windows 2000 Server. I configured the
RegionalSettings section which is necessery for me (I use
Cyrillic support) and besides FrontPage 2000 Server
Extensions, everything works OK.

This is very urgent because there are 22 remote locations
which are waiting me to install it, and after that comes
the BizTalk Server.

Thanks.

Best Regards,
Aleksandar Dzambaski.

The unattend file should contain the following

fp_extensions = On

FrontPage server extensions has the following dependencies so they
need to be added also

iis_common = On
iis_inetmgr= On
iis_www = On
